This type of sheet fed scanner will not damage your photographs if they are relatively new, but if the photos are delicate then maybe you should also consider a flatbed. On the other hand, if you have boxes of photographs and need them scanning quickly, and ADF scanner (auto-document feed) will be better suited to you. ![]() If you have time to scan each photograph individually and want to pick up the highest detail, a flatbed scanner would better suit your needs.
